Terms of Service

The terms for using Dime Dime Baby AI: your account, acceptable use, payments and billing, intellectual property, termination and limits of liability.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide fixed AI video templates: you upload a photo (or two, where a template asks for it) and the service generates a short video of that template's set scene. Templates are fixed: you cannot write your own prompt or ask for any other scene. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI-Generated Content and Acceptable Use

Dime Dime Baby AI turns the photos you upload into short videos with a third-party video model. We currently use ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini, accessed through the KIE API. Every video the service produces is AI-generated and is presented as such; do not present it as a real recording.

Your photos. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to use their likeness here. By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the person in it or that you have that permission. Do not upload photos of minors, public figures or anyone who has not agreed.

Prohibited content. You may not use the service to create, request or share content that falls into any of these categories:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content — nudity, sexual acts or sexualised depictions of anyone.
  2. Violence and gore — realistic injury, blood, weapons used against people, torture or cruelty. (Halloween costumes and party make-up are allowed; wounds and bloodshed are not.)
  3. Hate speech — content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
  4. Child sexual abuse material — any sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic. We report this to the authorities.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation — videos of real people made without their consent, fabricated statements or actions attributed to real people, and any depiction of public figures, politicians or celebrities.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement — copyrighted characters, brands, logos or other material you do not have the right to use.

How templates use your photo. Some templates restyle the people in your photos. Others recast a well-known trend clip: the video is generated new from that clip as a reference, and the person in your photo takes the lead role in its scene while the other faces are generated. We do not offer "undressing" or face swapping into footage you supply. Recasting is only for your own likeness or that of an adult who agreed, never for minors, public figures or anyone who did not agree, and every result is AI-generated.

Recreation, not impersonation. A recast shows you, or an adult who agreed, as yourself in a scene inspired by a trend. It is allowed. It is not allowed to use a recast to pass someone off as another real person, to suggest that the people in the original clip took part in or endorse your video, or to present it as a real recording. Trend templates are made by an independent team and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the artists, creators or labels behind the original trend.

How we moderate. Prompts are built from fixed templates, and where a template has a short text field, your text is checked against a blocklist before a render starts. The video model applies its own safety filters, and a render it rejects is not charged. Reported videos are reviewed by a person. We keep moderation logs so we can act on reports and respond to lawful requests.

Enforcement. If you break these rules we may remove the content, cancel the render, forfeit the credits involved, suspend or close your account, and, where the law requires, notify the authorities. If you think we acted on your account by mistake, write to support@dimedimebaby.cc and we will look again.

Reporting. To report a video, an account or a misuse of your likeness, email support@dimedimebaby.cc with the link. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and remove content that violates these terms.

Payment and Billing

Credits are sold in one-time packs, paid in full at purchase (currently through PayPal); nothing renews. Credits are deducted when a render starts and returned automatically if the render fails. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Music and Reference Clips in Templates

Some templates lay the trend's original audio under the finished video, and recast templates generate the video from the trend's original clip as a reference. That audio and that clip belong to their rights holders. We have no licence to pass on and grant you no rights in them: you do not get a music licence or any commercial rights with your video.

  • Use a video that carries the original audio for personal, non-commercial sharing only, not in ads, sponsored or paid posts, products or other commercial use.
  • Platforms may mute, block or claim videos with copyrighted audio. When you post, you can add the sound from the platform's own library instead.
  • If you are a rights holder and want a template changed or removed, write to support@dimedimebaby.cc.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Photos and Videos Stay Private

Everything you upload and everything the service makes for you is private by default. We do not publish your photos or videos, use them as examples, share them with other users or sell them. The only time a video of yours appears anywhere public is when you post it yourself, or when you have given us separate, explicit written permission for a specific clip.

  • Your photos are sent to our video model provider only to render your video, and are not used to train models (see the Privacy Policy).
  • The sample clips on this site are our own renders or publicly posted examples of the trend, never customer work.
  • You can remove videos from your library at any time; they leave your account at once, and the files are purged from our storage within 7 days of your asking at support@dimedimebaby.cc, where you can also ask us to delete your account. The Privacy Policy lists what we keep and for how long.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@dimedimebaby.cc from the address you sign in with.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
